As we all just stood around, we all knew we had to go back to the potion to check it out.

We looked around and around and around but didn’t know how we were going to get back up. Until Whitney tried to jump and ended up jumping really high and had gotten on top of the counter. Me and joe tried and it worked. We ran towards the potion to check it out. Once we got there, I happened to notice a note behind the potion, “Guys check this out”. We opened the note and to our surprise, the note said: DO NOT TOUCH, shrinking potion alert”. We turned it around to see if there was anything else. Luckily there was. It said “potion only lasts till the next 12pm. We were so relieved.

As we sat there talking, waiting for the time to pass by, we started to get hungry. Luckily for us, there were some fruit cups across the room. As Joe and Whitney went to the fruit cups, I went to go find something we could open it with. After minutes of looking, I found some toothpicks. We used those to open it. We ate and ate and ate until we were full.

By the time we finished eating, it was 8:30pm. We grabbed some paper right near us and just used it as a blanket. 10:00am struck and that’s when we woke up. It wasn’t a good sleep I’d have to say. As we were waiting for time to go by, we were doing some parkour since we really had a 99% chance of not dying. We jumped around and around and around. Until 12:00pm struck. We all started to grow back to normal size. 

Once we were normal again, we straight away went home. Our mums asked us “where we have been”. We didn’t say a word. All we were thinking about was making another shrinking potion but this time it could last forever.

My favourite place is Tauranga.

It is as safe as if no one was brave enough to murder people. Their houses are as stunning as the night sky. It’s such a luxury place that it even feels luxurious because of how clean the roads are. The beaches are very appealing. Their waves are as shiny as a pot of gold. The people that live there are very polite and welcoming. As much as the people are polite and welcoming, it’s a very quiet town. The views you get are outstanding. Their food especially the pizza, are really delicious. And that’s my favourite place.

Our world is running out of water because of plastic. Animals are dying because of our world. We need to put a stop to this disaster. Sciences are saying that our world has only 12 years left of living. You think that’s long but it’s not long at all, especially when your 8 or under now. Our world needs more love and respect because it has given us life. We should put a stop to plastic and banned it from our world so we could at least live even longer.

On the holidays, week 2, on a Saturday, it was Danielle’s uncle Russell’s ball day. It was very busy.

Danielle woke up around 10:00am, as usual, and her brothers were already cleaning. Her uncle Russell was really excited for his ball that he literally woke up at 6:00am.Russell was already gone because he had to get socks, coloane and he also had to get his hair done. Danielle was really tired but she wanted to make sure the house was cleaned for her uncle. So as responsible self, she got up and helped clean.

As Danielle and her brothers were cleaning, their Dad was playing music. Once they finished they were finally able to play on the PS4. They were going to play on Black Ops 3 but couldn’t be bothered so they just watched Minecraft videos on Youtube. They ended up having to go for showers because their Dad’s girlfriend was going to pick them up at 12:00pm to go to a birthday, but she ended coming at 2:00pm.

The birthday was really fun. Danielle enjoyed it very much, well only because there was a huge table with lollies and junk food on it. While Hale (Danielle’s brother) only grabbed one lolly bag and filled it, Danielle grabbed two lolly bags and filled it with heaps of gummys, bubble gum and 4 lolly- pops. As much as Danielle enjoyed it, she was still mad because she forgot her Ipod so she couldn’t do anything except sit down and watch her brothers lolly bags and stuff. The reason for that is because everything there was mostly for the younger kids.

At around 4:50pm, everyone  was leaving. Danielle and Hale were getting nervous because their Dad and them didn’t come and pick them up. They ended up telling their step brother Keelan to tell his sister or aunty to call their mum if our dad was coming. Danielle’s dad ended up not coming so their step brother told his uncle and they dropped us off. Once they got home their uncles and aunts were already there. It was really crowded.

Danielle ran to the room, dropped her stuff and went to say “hi:, to everyone. She hadn’t seen her dad’s family in a while. There was also a whole bowl on M&M’s and as a responsible person, Danielle ran up to the table and ate the M&M’s. A few minutes later, Danielle’s uncle’s ball partner arrived. Everyone was just having fun and dancing around.

5:30pm came around. The Limo driver was here. As Danielle’s uncle and his ball partner was walking to the Limo, everyone was just walking behind them. As they were leaving, everyone was just waving and shouting goodbye. Once they left, of course Danielle and Hale ran inside and ate the rest of the M&M’s, LOL. 

Hale and Danielle were just on their devices while the rest were drinking. Later on their Dad said they can play on the PS4. They kept playing fortnite all the way until their uncle gets back because their dad said to hope off once their uncle gets home. 11:50pm came along and their uncle came home. Danielle and Hale hopped off the game. By 12:00am, they were passed out.

That day was the best day of Danielle’s life. Ever since then she always wanted to go back to her Dad’s.

One day I was all alone in a ship, flying somewhere I didn’t even know. “BOOM” and there I landed. My mind was saying where am I, how did I get here and who I am. 

I was only a baby, sitting there all alone. Until I heard a voice calling a name, “ Carl, Carl where are you?”. The man kept shouting. “Who’s Carl?” I said to myself. As the man kept shouting and shouting, the noise got closer. There he was, looking straight at me as if I was Carl. “Carl there you are”. He ran towards me. He picked me up and took me to where he lives. Ever since then he was always there for me.

His name was, Mark, uncle Mark. Apparently he was my dad’s brother. He taught me how to speak, walk, stand and more. My 5th birthday striked. I was still on this Island, It’s Trash doom. No wonder why because it’s full of trash. I discovered I had powers at the age of 7. My uncle Mark helped me control them. I could fly, build a shield barrier around me, Earth powers, strength and could breathe in space. I started helping people all over the universe but Earth. Earth had already enough superheros so I didn’t help them. I was finally 32. My uncle Mark passed away because he had cancer. Our food was running out, until I got a signal saying “the centre of the Earth was going to be destroyed from Thanos because he wanted to destroy every human alive so don’t come to Earth”, and this is when I had to go.

I flew as fast as I can towards Earth. I finally arrived. All the superheroes were trying to defeat Thanos before he sets off a bomb to destroy the entire Earth. No one knew who I was but I knew who they were because my uncle Mark talked about them. As we all were fighting, they just kept calling me Superman. “Who the heck is Superman”, I said to myself. “Superman you take the right and I’ll take the left” said Iron man. “I ain’t superman”. Iron man just laughed and carried on fighting. As I used my Earth powers and made spikes that went through Thanos’s body. Everyone looked at me like they were shocked. “What, I defeated him,” I said. “ When did you have Earth powers” said a guy that I have never heard of. He looked exactly like me.

“Carl is it really you”. I had no clue who he was”. It’s me, Clark Joseph, Kent. “huh” I didn’t have a clue of who he was. “ I’m your twin brother”. No it couldn’t be. I have a twin. Clark ran up to me and hugged me like it was the end of the world. And that’s when it hit me. I saw all the memories we had when we were baby’s but then we were separated. I hugged him back even harder.

Ever since then I’ve always been on Earth with Clark my entire life.

And that was my adventure.

My favourite day of the week would have to be Tuesdays. Let me tell you why.

My favourite day of the week would have to be Tuesday because it’s like one of the most fun days ever. In the morning I usually have training but I don’t mind because it’s usually just 9, 6, 3. That’s mostly everyone’s favourite. My less favourite wold have to be sprints, why because you literally have to sprint around both courts come back and only get a 5 second break then back into it. It’s also my favourite because after school me and my Netball team, well some of them, have a Netball game at the Auckland Netball courts. It’s really fun those games because it makes you nervous and also challenges you.

And that’s the reason why Tuesday is my favourite day of the week.

1.Bubble gum

My top favorite  lollies is bubble gum. If you don’t already know, I love any type of lollies that can last long. I love any type of bubble gum. I love bubble gum that much that if I see you with bubble gum, you better start running, LOL! Any type of bubble gum with filling in it is my top favorite. Bubble gum is also my favorite because it’s juicy too. What’s your favorite lollies.

2. Lollipops

My second favorite type of lolly is lollipops. Lollipops are the second best lollies for me. My favorite type of lollipops is every single on with bubble gum inside of it. Of course the lollipops with bubble gum inside it is obviously my favorite type of lollipops because bubble is my top  favorite. Some lollipops are also juicy too so that’s another reason why it’s one of my favourite lollies.

On Tuesday in week 2, me and my Netball team had a game against Somrville. Let me take you all about it.

When 3:00 pm striked I ran to my Mum and she drove me home. When I got home I boosted out of the car, slammed the door like my life depended on it and bolted to the bathroom. I hoped straight into the shower. When I was finished, I went to my room, locked the door, and got changed. I packed my bag, grabbed my water bottle and made sure I had everything I needed. When 3:40 pm striked, my Mum dropped me off to school, where we were all suppose to meet. When I arrived it was just me and 2 other girls in my team. Everyone else arrived around 4:00 pm. We all had a quick meeting before we leaf.

We all leaf in 3 separate cars. 2 went with Taylor’s parents, 4 went with Whaea Maxine (our referee) and our coach’s wife was running late so they took just their daughter. We all arrived at the Auckland Netball courts. 1 of our players were already there. Our game was on court 24. Each game always has 15 minutes to warm-up before the game starts because most courts are usually taken.

We did our power warm-up as usual. We ran, we stretched, did some passes and had a quick scrimmage. 6:00 pm striked. It was time to get serious. We played our hearts out until we couldn’t no more. We were so nervous. It felt like they were winning but actually we were. We ended up winning. 30-16. It was nothing like the Saturday games.

That game was so intense. We did an amazing job but we just have to work on the little bits. We were all exhausted that we looked like we just came back from the war. When I got home, I went for a shower, got changed and went straight to bed. That was a really extraordinary day.
